You must request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before making a return. To obtain an RMA number simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and make a request an RMA number. Please be sure to let us know in your email the date of your purchase, what you would like to return and why you want to return it. The RMA number once received, must be written in a conspicuous place on the outside of the return parcel.
What cannot be returned:
Due to the nature of custom printed products and apparel, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of any items unless the merchandise is misprinted, materially flawed, or defective. For apparel, please note that sizing can vary between manufacturers and styles. If you have any questions about how a garment may fit, or to purchase a sample product, please email us at email@example.com. We are not responsible for the purchase of incorrect sizes and will not be able to accept returns for this reason once the garments are custom printed.
We require your approval for every job before we print. We encourage you to carefully go over the free online proof that we provide. By approving a proof or virtual mockup provided to you by MVP SPORT DIRECT you have verified that spelling, colors, logos, and content are correct. You are satisfied with the document layout and the images represented. You understand that the text and layout of the document will print as it appears in the proof or virtual mockup and that you cannot make any changes after you have made approval. All approvals must be made either within our proofing software or via email. Please review your job carefully before submitting. We are not liable for errors on, and not limited to, the following items: spelling, grammar, fonts, punctuation, graphics, cuts, bleeds, color, folds and finished size. Once a proof is approved and your order is placed you assume all responsibility for typographical errors, color choices, logo choices or your artwork choices.
Orders for custom printed products cannot be cancelled after placement. Since it is a custom order, once printing is started there is no way to cancel or resell it to another customer. These are the usual terms for custom printing and cannot be changed. Please keep this in mind as you place your order.
Shipping charges for products returned: All shipping charges for returning products to us must be paid by the returnee. We do not reimburse shipping charges.
Warranty: All Custom Products are guaranteed to be free from defects in workmanship or material under normal use for a period of 7 days from date of purchase. If any item that is claimed to be defective within this time, we will repair or replace the product or component if it is determined that the defect existed at the time of manufacture or developed under normal use.
If your items are misprinted, materially flawed, or defective in any way, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days from receipt of merchandise and we will be happy to arrange for a return, reprint, or credit. Please provide your order number with all correspondence.
MVP Sport Direct will only correct errors of improper cutting, print quality, color, incorrect design used, print shift, to ensure that you are satisfied with your final product.
No returns or exchanges will be accepted if merchandise was custom produced, including custom size, custom color, custom printed or custom built supplies or equipment.
Once you approve a proof and submit your order, your credit card will be charged for the total amount shown, including shipping and handling fees, unless you are set up on terms. No refunds will be given for orders that have already been received by our prepress department.
Claims and Cancelations
No Claims are allowed after 7 days from received custom printed products. We will not be liable for any other claims or damages. In some cases, your order may be cancelled and a refund may be extended to you if no work has been completed by MVP Sport Direct for that order. Approved orders will go into pre-press very soon after approval. It is necessary to attempt to cancel your order as soon as possible. There is no guarantee that you will be able to make a cancelation. In such cases, you will be charged a $15 cancellation fee, which would be in addition to any fees charged for proofs, if applicable. In some cases, an order may be voided the same day the order was placed as long as no work has been completed by MVP Sport Direct for that order.
